Highland Wagyu’s venture to bring Wagyu from field to plate. We introduced The Grill to serve you our Wagyu and show the different cuts and fabulous flavours with a nose to tail philosophy. Alongside our Wagyu, we bring you Scottish product, to emphasise our commitment to local produce, and the high standards of freshness, quality and flavours. The Highland Wagyu motto is 'Perfectionem Prosequendam’ - 'We Strive for Perfection' - reflects the product we serve. Highland Wagyu are born, bred and fed in the Perthshire Ochills, on our farms, 5 minutes from the grill. With a herd of 2000 individuals, each with their own different character and way. We hand rear and hand pick for maturity and flavour, to deliver the HW experience.
